Johanna Wokalek & David Kross shooth The Pursuit of Unhappiness

German Shooting Stars Johanna Wokalek (2006) and David Kross (2009) are currently shooting THE PURSUIT OF UNHAPPINESS (ANLEITUNG ZUM UNGLÜCKLICHSEIN) at Studio Babelsberg. The film is directed by Sherry Hormann (DESERT FLOWER).

The script is based on The Situation Is Hopeless But Not Serious - The Pursuit Of Unhappiness, a book published in 1983 by Austrian constructivist theorist Paul Watzlawick.

Johanna Wokalek plays Tiffany Blechschmid, a young woman living in Berlin who is single, neurotic and not very happy. She starts wondering about happiness and the fact everybody seems to attach so much importance to it.
