Sarah Bolger with Claire Danes in AS COOL AS I AM

Irish Shooting Star 2009 Sarah Bolger has started performing the lead role in an American Indie with Claire Danes called AS COOL AS I AM. The coming-of-age story directed by Max Mayer has kicked off production in New Mexico.

Sarah plays the teen daughter of self-centered parents (Claire Danes and James Marsden) who married too young and never had a chance to grow up themselves. Her best friend Kenny, played by Thomas Mann, starts falling in love with her.
